Stelios currently serves as a member of the N.E.T.S. Board of Trustees. He is a strong supporter of Cyprus Neuroscience and Technology Institute and has placed under his auspices as Digital Champion the Digital Cyprus project.

Stelios completed his BSc, MSC and later PhD in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
