Practically all individuals associated with Future Worlds Center engage in multiple projects in accordance with the Working in multiple projects policy. Typically, for involvement in each project a separate contract must be signed between the organization and the individual. The contract should include all ethical, legal, financial and deliverable related angles of the relationship.

Ethical angles of a contractual relationship with Future Worlds Center

The contract should include the standard text regarding confidentiality and proprietary agreements.


Legal angles of a contractual relationship with Future Worlds Center

The contract should include the standard text foreseen to describe the legal relationship between the two parties.


Financial angles of a contractual relationship with Future Worlds Center

The specific project related tasks and duties of our associates as well as the exact remuneration are agreed in the Employee/Service Agreement. Since this document is issued per project in which the associate is involved, the same individual may have more than one agreement. Depending on the referred project, the following information must be clearly specified within this contract in order to assure the reconciliation of the personnel costs charged on each project:

  • Hourly/daily or monthly rate of the person
  • Maximum number of hours/days can be charged during regular circumstances of the implementation

Deliverables-related angles of a contractual relationship with Future Worlds Center

The contract should specify the measurable expectations of the organization, either in terms of project deliverables or otherwise.
