This project has been implemented by Future Worlds Center in collaboration with Cyprus International Institute of Management and Price Waterhouse Coopers (Cyprus) in the context of Tender: Provision of Services for the Diagnosis of Learning and Development Needs for the Local Authorities of the Cyprus Republic

The project involved the implementation of ten SDDPs across Cyprus to diagnose the educational and training needs of the local authorities with the aim of upgrading the operation of local governance in Cyprus.

This project has been considered internationally as a pioneer example of using the science of dialogic design to transform a whole country. The following SDDPs have been implemented by a team of expert facilitators led by Aleco Christakis and Yiannis Laouris:

  2. SDDP Local Authorities Larnaca I
  3. SDDP Local Authorities Larnaca II
  4. SDDP Local Authorities Limassol I
  5. SDDP Local Authorities Limassol II
  6. SDDP Local Authorities Paphos I
  7. SDDP Local Authorities Paphos II
  8. SDDP Local Authorities Nicosia I
  9. SDDP Local Authorities Nicosia II
  10. SDDP Local Authorities Troodos

Upon the completion of the ten SDDPs, the Local Authorities SDDP Facilitators Training School has been organized.
