Seth's background is in engineering and product management working for large companies. He started out his career in Seattle working on a $500 million floating bridge project. He has recently completed an MBA with Maryland University.
Seth's background started in mechanical engineering and product management. After his BSc Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder (2003 – 2007), he worked for large companies. He started out his career in Seattle working on a $500 million floating bridge project. He then joined United States Patent and Trademark Office as a patent examiner (January 2011 – May 2013) focusing on patents in fluid mechanics. His tasks involved reviewing patent applications to determine the novelty of the product of process. In 2013 he decided to pursue a Master in Business Administration which he completed with Maryland University in 2015.  He is currently working at <ref> http://reluminati.com/reluminati/we-are-reluminati/ Reluminati</ref>, an innovation strategy firm based in Washington DC that works with partners on strategies from new approaches to fundraising for startup ventures, to rethinking product rollout for Fortune 500 companies, to creating messaging strategies for the NGO community.
