* Participant in a regular SDD: 2 credits. Here ''regular'' means an SDDP with all steps implemented. For mock SDDP 1 credit maybe awarded. The maximum earned through participation in SDDPs is 4 credits.
* Has secured a Mentor
* Has secured a Mentor. Any Certified SDD Facilitator has the right to serve as Mentor for both Candidate and Certified co-Facilitators
* Theoretical training in an SDD School or equivalent (e.g., apprenticeship with self-study) earns 3 (max 6 earned in 2 or more SDD Schools or equivalent processes)
