An active citizen, Romail is the head of the International Students Association of Cyprus, the International Organization of Cameroonian Students in Cyprus, the Pool of trainers of the [[Cyprus Youth Council]], and the [[African Diaspora Youth Network in Europe]] (ADYNE-Brussels-Belgium). During the last four years Romial worked with many NGOs in Cyprus where he organized and facilitated projects like the Engage Project: Do your part for peace ran by the [[NGO Support Centre]] in collaboration with [[The Management Centre]]. He also participated and successfully completed further trainings on Global Citizenship and Development, Human Rights for Migrant in Cyprus, Get connected: Youth workers on E-participation, the Enter! Access to Social Right for young people in Europe, Media and Inclusion: A tool for social Inclusion and many others. To learn more about Global Education, and Humanitarian Affairs, he decided to join the [[Future Worlds Center]] team as an Intern in March 2014.
